The system consists of a closed circuit facility from feeding the Sugar and water phase to loading the volumetric liquid filler. The sugar and water system are loaded with a vacuum system and the sugar syrup vessel is provided with a high-speed stirrer and heating to be prepared at the required temperature. Subsequently, it is transferred to the manufacturing vessel by a transfer pump. The pump recirculates the product during emulsion formation and discharges the product into the storage vessel. The storage vessel then is connected to a float tank which is connected to the filling machine.

As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. The filtration is continued till the resistance of the cake filtrate weakens. The Scavenging arrangement provided on the filter ensures the removal of the entire filtered liquid.

Zero Hold Up Filter Press

Zero Hold Up Filter Press is used to filter liquid in chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, and other industries and work on the principle of pressure feeding. It is considered the most efficient filtration machine due to its significant properties. Liquid flows through the center rod and then is drawn to several filter pads and filter plates. Impurities are then removed and stored in the form of compressed cakes. The number of plates can be increased as required if the toxic levels increase.

Ointment Mixing Vessel

Ointment mixing vessel is widely used for the production of gels, toothpaste, and lotions. This vessel is perfect equipment for flawless emulsion and suspension manufacturing. The vessels are insulated and jacketed adequately and the wax mixing vessel is used to melt the wax while the water heating vessel is utilized for heating water. Wax and the water are both transferred into the vessel using a vacuum and the vessel helps in making a homogenous mixture of water and wax apart from the uniform emulsion it makes. The emulsion is then cooled by passing water and then the necessary ingredients are added. The ointment mixing vessels ensure the homogeneity and purity of the product to an optimum level.
